„A” tournament – Open tournament for standart (classical) chess

             „B” tournament – kids under 12 and 14 years old (born after 31.12.2005г.)

           „C” tournament – kids under 8 and 10 years old (born after 31.12.2009г.)

The tournaments will be valued for raiting for classical chess

System: Swiss system in 7 rounds. For making the pairings will be used the computer program „Swiss Manager”.

Time control: А tournament  – 90 mins. + 30 sec. on move, counted from the first

                      “B” и “C” tournaments – 60 mins. + 30 sec on move, counted from the first

Raiting: All tournaments will be valued for raiting on classical chess

Entry fee: 30 leva;

Participants who are not accommodated in the organizers hotel pay 40lv.   GMs accommodated in the organizers hotel have the entry FREE

Accommodation: The complex is located near Velchova Zavera Square, near the center of Veliko Tarnovo. The newly opened hotel complex at the end of 2015 is located in a beautifully quiet location amidst a forest and offers a beautiful view of Trapezitsa Hill and the Patriarchal Church of Tsarevets Fortress.

All rooms are modernly furnished and equipped with air conditioning, heating, safe, minibar, LCD TV with IP TV, telephone, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The hotel has secure free parking.

Participants and escorts will be able to enjoy the wonderful relaxation center at the hotel:

·          Playground for kids, fitness center and table tennis – FREE

Preferential price for accommodation – 220 lv for the whole period

Price includes:

• 4 overnights with breakfasts and dinners at the Asenevtsi Park Hotel and Spa. (in advance menu)

• Free use of the relaxation center in the hotel: jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna.

• Guarded parking with video surveillance.

• Internet in the whole complex.

Seating at the hotel is limited (80 people). Those wishing to make a reservation must send bank deposit of BGN 100 (per room) by bank transfer until 02/14/20. The reservation is then considered accepted and made. The down payment will be deducted from the total amount. In case you have sent a deposit but cannot participate, the amount will be refunded (We must be notified before 20.02.20).

Those wishing to have a lodging invoice and an organizational fee must transfer the entire amount by bank transfer in order to be issued.

• If participants are under 30, the rewards are reduced by 50%.

• Special prizes are given to at least 5 competitors in a group. With less than 3 competitors in a group, no special prizes are given.
